Pros

Clarity across the on shore and off shore teams. Flat hierarchy. Training at job. Not a backend office in India though the standards are decreasing

Cons

High working hours. Limited visit to the on shore office. Cost cutting in India offices. High package but low salary. Increasing time for promotions

    Pros

    Colleagues, mentors, managers from top engg and b-schools. You get to learn a lot and move to next level in honing your interpersonal and analytical skills

    Cons

    Favoritism is a big downside, the opportunities and recognition is depended on your immediate manager. The demarcation between Biz ops vs Biz Analytics has deepened over period and good amount of quality work is out of bounds for Biz ops. Market correction in salary hasn't happened for long time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Remove the demarcation between ops and analytics track while providing work opportunities based on employees interest. Also, improve appraisal/review process to eliminate favoritism
