Pros

Fun incentive programs and my manager tries to work around everyone schedules.

Cons

Working mall hours and only having so many fulltime positions available.

Advice to Management

If a team works well together let them add in another fulltime employee rather than hiring 2 more Paine employees.

    Pros

You are able to rely on your base pay, but you are also able to earn more money with the commission you earn.

    Cons

Moving up on payscale is slow going, I suppose that's the downside of commission.

    Advice to Management

Familiarize yourself with employees, become a person to the people that work for you.

  2. Horrible. Little Pay. Little Advancement. 1% Commission.

    Pros

    Flexible Schedule

That's about it. It's upsetting that there is a twenty word minimum on this post.

    Cons

    Everything Else.

Aside from the flexible schedule this is the worst place I have ever worked. Borderline minimum wage with 1% commission is laughable. They consider full-time at 30 hours.

    Advice to Management

Change your corporate structure before everyone that protested WalMart realizes you pay less and offer less benefits to your employees.
