I have been working at Zales part-time for less than a year
Pros – Fun incentive programs and my manager tries to work around everyone schedules.
Cons – Working mall hours and only having so many fulltime positions available.
Advice to Senior Management – If a team works well together let them add in another fulltime employee rather than hiring 2 more Paine employees.
