    Pros

Your fellow sales associates are really great, they were the only part of the job I enjoyed. They were so great.

    Cons

The managers and merchandisers are so horrible, lazy and disrespectful. They were so rude and constantly missing when needed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do your job and be accountable.

I worked at Zara part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Nice working environment , nice music. Good check pay. Working suits are provided.

    Cons

Very Poor employee discount, 15%. A lot of sales associates are not motived b/c commission is based on hrs you work per week. Older workers would like to give new workers more work. Not very good corporate culture. Disorganized on higher management. Sales are not clearly noticed who to talk to if they want to reschedule. Absolute NO opportunities for promotion. Manager don't respect sales somehow. Few communication between managers and sales.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be humble , and listen to sales' voices on a weekly meeting. B/c everyone in the store are in the same team, every team member has the ability to make the store as a whole better, to achieve weekly / seasonal sales goals better as a whole.
