    Pros

    If you are the right person, you can have a career starting from sales assistant quite fast, good money

    Cons

    Long hours, must be very flexible, staff feel unpreciated.

    I have been working at Zara as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

    The brand itself. It's going to look presentable on your resume. Gives you an experience of how is working at a fast paced retail outlet like.

    Cons

    Their stores tend to be in town areas where food are expensive. You're likely to spend an hour worth of pay on a meal.

    Understaffed problems - You will have to run errands most of the time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do employ more employees to cope with the understaffed situations. Offer staff benefits even to the temporary staff and increase overall morale among the staff.
