Current Employee – been working at Zarlink

Pros – Great co-workers, good potential to learn and grow, relaxed environment but people still get their job done. Nice cafeteria and good management leadership.

Cons – Not many cons, it's a great company to work for. The technology seems to be older but still used everyday by the majority of the people using wired phones.

Advice to Senior Management – The head of the company should make sure it stays successful by not letting other companies take over or buy Zarlink.
