“District manager had no respect for employees or managers, which made this job terrible.”

Pros – The owners were great people. Opportunity for ... To a point. People are awesome. Fun environment.
Cons – District manager chose favorites. Ridiculous company policies. Very difficult for hourly employees to earn a raise or get a review.
Advice to Senior Management – Have respect for your employees and they will have respect for you. Don't let your religious affiliation get in the way of your job.
