Zaxby's Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Zaxby's part-time for more than a year

Pros – Great coworkers/managers (at my location, at least), half off food, flexible with scheduling, raises every 6 months with review. In my opinion, it's the best first 'real' job and you can have fun here, once you get comfortable with working and are good at it (in the opinion of your managers).

Cons – Stressful at times, coworkers/managers can take advantage of hard workers. Sometimes will get on to the cashiers for things they have no control over, or something that the cooks do. Customers will get angry at you for the food quality/expensive food price.

Advice to Senior Management – Their jobs are much harder than the lower levels - however, there's no need to be rude or demanding.
