Pros – Great culture
Awesome discounts on store merchandise
A lot of employee bonding activity
Since they hire managers in house, management understands and takes note of employee abilities.
Cons – Did not like my hours (5am - 1pm)
Not enough pay
You have to jump through a lot of loops to get a recommendation from your manager at zazzle.
Advice to Senior Management – I don't really have much to say to the management, they do their best to make sure the deadlines get met and they do it well.... so keep doing what you are doing zazzle management!
