I have been working at Zebra Technologies full-time (more than an year)

Pros

The opportunities to pursue growth for the company
I was in marketing and there always seemed to be some project to do or contribute too
Work Life balance was good while I was there, some WFH days were allowed
Leadership seemed consistent and there was a low rate of turnover
Benefits are great

Cons

Some of the projects I worked on the work-life balance was terrible, and at the time from my particular subgroup of marketing, it was expected that you would work constantly, even weekends.
The growth didn't match my needs for growth

    Cons

    No growth, no opportunity, top heavy. Micro-management from too high a level.

    Actually give people at lower levels responsibility.

    I have been working at Zebra Technologies as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

    Pleasant work environment with (for the most part) pleasant co-workers.

    Cons

    Executive leadership has huge gaps of guidance that would better be labeled avoidance of issues than actually grappling.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Greater engagement and physical presence required by executives for true leadership as opposed to remote control approach.
