    Pros

Average benefits, flexible schedule, did not force relocation, employee discount, float day for your birthday, Decent wage, Great people to work with.

    Cons

Leadership kept changing. They are no longer around because Target bought the leases. Like all retail expect some long weeks, evenings and weekends.

    Pros

    have good hours
willing to accommodate to school schedule
an overall good bunch of employees

    Cons

old fashioned and illogical business values
to sale focused rather than customer focused
inconsistent store layout (different in every store)
    unwilling to take advice
the fact that Target bought out all Zellers in Canada says a lot about Zellers relationships with customers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No means no, asking your customers the same thing five different ways ensures the consumers leave agitated. Instead try a three tier approach involving marketing, in-house promotion and finally point of sale. Barraging your consumers all at once does not work, especially when all they want to do is leave after shopping for an hour or so.
