Pros

Great perks, incredible culture, lovable CEO, the Zendesk family feels like one huge family with offices in great locations. What's not to love!

Cons

Pay is all over the place, ability to grow limited for some, managers overworked/hard to get time with.

    I worked at Zendesk full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Overall, great people to work with. Interaction between groups to work on and solve problems was great. Everyone seemed to respect each others opinions and work toward solutions for customer.s

    Cons

    Recent months some departments and goals have become more politicized. Niches are developing, where groups of people are pushing an agenda that does not benefit the company as a whole. Not all voices are being heard at times.

    Listen to those who have been with the company for some time.
