Current Employee – been working at Zenith American Solutions

Pros – New management making a good effort to bridge Zenith culture with ABPA culture. Employees have not been asked to make any immediate changes.

Cons – There seems to be a lack of focus and planning, and a great deal of crisis management.

Advice to Senior Management – New management needs to show a genuine interest in the actual work the employees perform, in order to make sensible and logical changes. Too many decisions being made based on reports and figures, instead of actual work-place observations.
