Pros – Has a lovely brand name
Has lovely job security
Has great credit culture
Excellent staff training available
inclined to technology.

Cons – working hours can be a problem
staff welfare is poor
only senior management is on points
to many restrictions

Advice to Senior Management – try to work on your rate of aprovals and also realize that we all need to have lives outside work
