    Pros

    the peoples who are joining freshers get early exposure to face the client so the associates become smart in client handling.

    Cons

    the training facility of zensar technologies is not upto the mark when compared to peers. People joining here sholud have the capability to learn on their own.

    To make the organisation world class one has to make the training facilty world class, hope in future the company would raise it's bar in training

    Pros

    No Work. Full Time Pass.
    Even if you will try to learn some thing new, manager wont allow you. Will give you un neccesary work.

    Cons

    Appraisal are bad. Manager eats your whole share. HR policies are worst.
    You will ask HR f2f , they will lie, you will drop a mail, they will never reply.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Value you employees.
    For 6000 employees, u have 300+ manager. Appraisal process should be fare.
    Check why the manager gets good appraisal while no one from his team gets any thing.
    If no appraisal is given to any one under him, that means no one worked. If no one in team worked, why manager get appraisal.
