Pros

Works on the upcoming and cutting edge technologies A 100% Product based company. All products built in ZETA are the best products in the industry. Zeta Interactive is The Market Leader in Email/Digital Marketting Domain Lot more benifits to the employees. (Food and transportaion) Smart and Hard work is highly appreciated. Good Transparency in the company. Gives attractive salaries. Even in deadly recession times also company has given 20% hikes to all the employees. Huge no. of clients. There will be lot of fun at work.

Cons

1. Loooooooong Work hours. 2. Developments plans are closely monitored by the US Management. DEADLINES. 3. Its not recommonded to start the career with Zeta Interactive. Because there is no Proper traning to the freshers. 4. HR Department (Talent aquisition division) is not good. They are not capable of what they want to do.

Advice to Management

Train the freshers in a proper manner to make them strong. Develop strong support teams in order to control the work hours of developers and QE's. Develop Strong HR - TAG teams.

    Pros

    - Flexible schedule with the ability to work from home as needed. - Great, passionate people. - Most direct supervisors are competent. - If interested, many are provided the ability to try new disciplines.

    Cons

    - Senior management is secretive. They are not always honest when communicating rationale for business decisions. - Business model relies on a team in India to do the bulk of the day-to-day work. You will spend most of your day redoing their work or attempting to train them. - "Sell, sell, sell" attitude. Biz dev isn't necessarily focused on client solutions and often sells contracts that don't make sense at an account level. Account teams are left to struggle through impossible contract obligations while still trying to deliver value.

    Advice to Management

    Look for ways to rebuild trust, especially with those at an account level. Be more open and honest in your corporate communications.

    Pros

    Laid back work environment; Great People; Friendly office environment; Flexible hours; For the most part employees very competent at their individual positions.

    Cons

    Leadership vacuum. Senior Leadership willfully ignorant of where value exists in the company. Definitely an "ask for forgiveness not permission" environment. Smart people on my team took the personal initiative to come up with great ideas that either were cut off before reaching management or were ignored. Poor communication amongst departments that need each others cooperation to excel.

    Advice to Management

    Of course the bottom line is important, but you need some way to identify what teams are assets and which teams are below average in talent. Need a way for employees ideas to be recognized and pursued if deemed valid.
