Pros

Excellent user website. Even better client management software. No desk fees. Plenty of leads.

Cons

Low splits. Lead quality is questionable. Office/ management support is limited to barking to get more deals closed.

    Pros

    Overall awesome technology behind the business: the website is great for clients to use to search for properties; lead generation algorithms in place to get agents leads from the website; clean and organized CRM platform to manage clients.

    Cons

    Poor training and resources for agents to learn and improve their skills; unfavorable commission splits; too much focus on buyers; no resources for renters

    Advice to Management

    The company focuses too much on their technology and less on the people behind the transactions. ZipRealty needs to provide better skills training and resources to develop agents (not just teaching them about their CRM platform). The company also needs to focus on being a well-round real estate brokerage and putting more focus on sellers and renters.
