“Laziest coworkers ever with no direction or career path”
Former Employee – worked at Zipcar full-time for more than a year
Pros – laid back atmosphere, lots of free food
Cons – everyone is so lazy. people just waste time talking in the kitchen, socializing, walking around the mall--no wonder why this company is failing
Advice to Senior Management – start pushing out the bad seeds and recognize the talent you do have.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
