I have been working at Zoe's Kitchen full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Quality of life, no fryers or microwaves, healthy fresh food.

Cons

Often the only 1 employee in FOH during down times. Also they are hiring from outside more creating less opportunity for loyal employees

I have been working at Zoe's Kitchen full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

You work with really great people. Catering Manager has freedom to manage yourself without too much micro-managing. Commission on sale over a certain amount. Require you to work on projects at home without compensation for time worked.

    Cons

Low hourly pay rate. Commission percentage could be much higher.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have to pay more for higher quality employees. This place is a quality quick casual with the influential health conscious woman in mind... there is enough money to go around.

I worked at Zoe's Kitchen part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great place to work. Starting pay was significantly more than most restaurant jobs (8.50/hour.) Easy job duties: cashier, expo, run food, clean up. Shifts were on average 4-5 hours long. They close at 9 so not late nights.

    Cons

Had to work weekends and evenings, including game days which got very hectic.
