I have been working at Zones full-time for less than a year

Pros

I joined Zones from the campus hiring program and have had a great experience. The training is fantastic and I learn so much every day. Our partners are onsite throughout the week and provide custom training that I immediately put to use on the phones.

Cons

I'm in training a lot and it's hard to take time away from the phones.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More formal training on actual selling skills ould be helpful.

    I worked at Zones full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Consistent Hours, Free Stuff, and good way to collect money while looking for other opportunities.

    Cons

    Turn and burn telemarketing. They have a poor commission structure and in general a very unprofessional work environment. This job made me very depressed.

    I have been working at Zones full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    -senior leadership embrace change and are quick to adapt to a transforming marketplace. great opportunity for those who want to make an impact in any division. Although the company has grown it still retains a start up mentality

    Cons

    - lack of consistency in structures, processes and policies across the organization
    - disorganized internal network (both in access to information and communication) results in difficulties with navigating the system

    - Need to streamline organizational processes to increase operational effectiveness
    - Need to prioritize talent development and retention at all levels/divisions of the organization
