Pros

free pens, shirts and nik naks.

Cons

Lead pool has been depleted to such a degree that new sales people can only grow a book of business by acquiring accounts from leaving sales reps when a manager deems them worthy.

Advice to Senior Management

Free up leads that are not worked so sales people have an opportunity to grow their customer base and thus earn a wage to support a family.
