Pros

I feel that if you work hard and have detication towards your career, there is great room for growth within Zones. I like that if you do work hard it dose show and you dont always need a reward to see that it has.

Cons

Some of The benifits mostly dental, it is pretty bad. Also the outsourcing that has been going on, and division'ss getting sourced out and good employees getting laid off. Also sometimes it seems some people are able to slip through the crack of things and not know what they are doing at all, but I believe that this can happen in all places of business.

Advice to Senior Management

To drive and have detication in the employee's and to listen to new ideas and implicate them.
