Pros

Zurich promotes a health work-life balance and is an excellent place to learn. People seem to enjoy working at Zurich and will not hesitate to answer questions you may have. Other insurance companies that I have worked at have not been this way. Zurich offers a lot of perks in the sense that they promote healthy lifestyles via discoutned gym memberships, a workout center within the office building, etc...

Cons

There is a lack of communication in regards to job performance. If you are not interested in your work you will become very bored, very fast. Sometimes the work can be tedious but you will experience that anywhere you go.

Express postiive and negative feedback towards your workers so they know where they stand.
