Pros

its stable, and people are knowledgeable about the tasks they do. it is a stable place with most people their for long times.

Cons

very slow moving, no one seems to know the big picture, people are average not very smart. as a college student i hated it

Advice to Senior Management

do a better job recruiting smart, educated, college talent
