    I have been working at Zurich Insurance Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The greatest boss, great benefits, all the training you need, field position with fleet car, ability to make and set own appointments and schedules, additional training encouraged and supported, yearly meeting with all auditors nationwide, excellent resources, help available 24/7.

    Cons

    Not any. Some said the workload was too much but for me it was good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't be afraid to examine former management styles in Premium Audit. Field personnel can be your greatest assets.

    -Good about promoting from within
    -Do not micro manage
    -Flexible work schedule
    -Decent benefits

    Cons

    -High workloads lead to employee burnout
    -Management isslow to address staffing issues
    -Pay is low compared with the rest of the industry
    -Reward for doing a good job is being transferred more work from co-workers who are struggling
    -Lack of ongoing training and development

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Middle management needs to listen to the front line employees and better address their concerns.
