Pros

Some great people, especially old timers who have been with the company a long time.

Cons

Very disorganized, political environment. "Meritocracy" philosophy only applies to engineers and devs, everyone else is second-class.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Practice what you preach!!!!!!! Stop worrying about the legal ramifications of every little thing and do right by your employees.

    Pros

    Moving up the ladder is very possible.

    Cons

    Constant change means, even if you move up the ladder, you constantly traverse uneven terrain. You direction will be "pivoted" at a moment's notice. This means what you've been working on gets tossed aside in favor of the latest flavor of the month.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pick a direction and stick to it. You're no longer a 50 employee studio. Rapid change at your size is a cancer.
