Pros

Management throws a lot at you quickly and expects you to pick it up fast. Those that can manage in this atmosphere can find success. In my 2+ years with adMarketplace I learned more about the industry than would have been possible at any other company. While adMarketplace is a search company, as an employee you are not confined to learning just about search, you are exposed to all facets of online advertising, including display, native and mobile.

The employees are great to work with, and the company works hard to maintain a fun, but hardworking atmosphere. As long as you are meeting your commitments you will not only have success, but you will be given a lot of freedom to pursue fields of interest.

Cons

Management can be tough and they expect a lot from their employees. Meeting these expectations are often difficult, but those that can find success and show persistence in achieving goals will succeed and enjoy their time with adMarketplace.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have done a great job hiring smart leaders and employees. Let the middle managers run with a little more freedom and I'm confident that the company will continue to succeed.

    Pros

The way they get you in.... The pay maybe or lies about a great career

    Cons

Extremely abusive staff and upper management and sexual harassment by direct management. This place will drain the life out of you. They micro-manage every aspect of what you do and then yell at you when they do not like the results. They favor a few and treat the rest like crap. They are degrading and humiliating during meetings. It Honestly,do yourself the favor and stay away from this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just shut down the company. Get help and learn to treat people (including your own families) better.

    Pros

    Pretty cool junior level people.

    Cons

Literally everything. Poor pay, terrible environment, horrendous senior management, bad product with no direction. I guarantee every positive review on glass door was written by hr. The CEO is a horrible person who provides no value to the company and literally screams in every meeting. I could go on and on about how bad this place is, just do yourself a favor and stay away.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is nothing that can be done to save this company. Stop treating people horribly its really disgusting.
