I have been working at athenahealth full-time

Pros – Compensation is fair but more importantly the attitude, culture and environment can't be beat. It's the perfect place for a high performer that doesn't need or want to be micro-managed. There is an abundance of knowledge that is shared and ideas are heard and welcomed from the bottom up. It's competitive but not cut-throat.

Cons – With this type of culture and environment the expectations are high. If you have the right attitude and are a self motivated, driven and high performing individual this is a Pro not a con and it's the place for you.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
