Current Employee – been working at bocavox
Pros – A great place to learn. We work hard but we enjoy, and its exciting that we get to participate in the full development cycle.
Cons – Small company so we don't get all the benefits, but the company is growing and we don't have to worry about job security.
Advice to Senior Management – On the one hand, it's great that we get a lot of independence, but there should be more oversight. Some employees work harder than others.
