comScore is an analytics company, not tech, that moves slowly and is very reactionary to market need.

    Pros

Lots of great and intelligent people who are passionate about changing the digital landscape.

    Cons

There is a fairly regimented promotion schedule that doesn't always reward people for strong work, but rather keeps everyone on the same level based on time at the company.
Pay doesn't match other Bay Area/Silicon Valley companies.

    Advice to Management

Do more to keep top talent
