I have been working at comScore

    Pros

Excellent culture, fast pace, interesting work

    Cons

No retirement benefits, no education benefits, lots of people with very little training have come up through the ranks from college and have little insight about tackling new problems.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give better training, and hire more innovative people for the analyst roles.

    I worked at comScore

    Pros

    Excellent technological solution
    Solving very important problems
Great psychological lift from working at a cutting edge company
Nice offices, good technology, plenty of free snacks and drinks

    Cons

Most top management are egg-heads who are horrible managers
HR can recruit and do little else
Every time the CEO talks to Wall Street, the stock goes down
Work/life balance is horribly off. Top execs email you all night long and expect immediate answers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Move the CEO into a strategy role and get a good manager in place. The Chairman is highly competent but marginalized. Unless management can right itself, the only solution for this company is being taken over.
