Pros – Leadership has big plans for the company.
Cons – Lack of clarity on how to make the big plans become a reality.
Advice to Senior Management – Listent to your employees. Start thinking about what the company can do to make the client experience better. All new employees should spend time talking to liners in a customer support role. They will learn a lot.
