    Pros

    1. Excellent work life balance.
    2. You can leave at 6 PM and be done for the day.
    3. Flexible work hours.
    4. Frequent parties for employees keeps the morale up.

    Cons

    1. Too much red tape.
    2. Salary lower than market rates for the same position. I mean fairly low, really low.

    Need to ensure that projects are done in an agile manner.
