Current Employee – been working at eBay full-time for more than a year

Pros – 1. Very Collaborative workplace
2. Very smart people throughout the organization
3. The company cares about the customer.. everybody keeps the customer at the core of any decision
4. Good compensation and employee perks

Cons – 1. Hierarchical
2. Managers have too much control over their reports (including salary increments)...

Advice to Senior Management – Pay more attention to employee feedback for their supervisors, and please benchmark titles and salaries across departments - eg, Product Managers are equivalent to Associate Managers in Analytics
