Pros

This really depends on who you're working with and for...a lot of the people here are very friendly and courteous, but there are clicks, so boohoo. Just from looking around, a lot of the managres and supervisers try to maintain a good balance between life and work. Some make you work more, and some are way more relaxed. There is room for growth for sure because this is a small business, and so you can move around departments and gather different skills. You also get noticed for doing a good job too. Casual environment, and there's a basketball court across the parking lot. You get a free lunch at the end of every month.

Cons

the pay isnt competitive at all! More like pennies, probably why some people don't do much work, or perform badly for what they're hired for. There is definitely favoritism here. Kiss butt and you will most likely get promoted, even if your not qualified for the position. Some people "in charge" aren't professional at all, such as cussing in front of their group. Relaxed environment, but if you like a more professional setting, you're better off somewhere else. IT takes forever to respond. This place needs a lot of work on itself. They need to invest more in their employees. And even though the people are nice, some people like to play the blame game here when things go wrong, just some people. I have seen some who take ownership for their mistakes.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest more in your employees, who cares about a lunch if the wages are bad. New equipment too, please. And please give appropriate raises according to the person's performance, a compliment isn't going to work, show appreciation. We work hard to make you a lot of money, so please share some of it.
