    Pros

They have many products to sell to the public and are doing financially o.k.
There is flexibility with your work schedule depending on your boss and position.
    Monthly lunches.

    Cons

Basically they hire people below what there really worth and it is very difficult to get Promoted or Recognized. They also hire a lot of young people (cheap pay). Many people don't care and just do their job half--- because there paid cheap! The building and used equipment always has PROBLEMS! Difficult to get I.T help!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in your People by paying them a "Competitive Wage". Promote more people and offer your Employees Incentives like Stock Options. Invest in new Equipment!
Be approachable and friendly! Have an Anonymous Suggestion Box and an Open Door Policy!

    Pros

Very open to cross-training in rather disparate fields
Other than one person EVERY one has been incredibly friendly and kind
Fun stuff like the annual beer brewing competition, yearly group team building (usually a fun outing like fishing, going to the races, go karting, etc.)

    Cons

Salaries are a bit below market average
Very difficult to move up in pay scale and or position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Being a bit more clear, not cutting benefits every chance you can. When I started here, it was actually a very pleasant company to work for. While profitable non-stop it still seemed like benefits were cut here and there. Monthly lunches became every other month and are now every quarter.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
