Current Employee – been working at eClinicalWorks

Pros – Opportunity to be on the leading edge of a dynamic industry

Cons – Too much is being put on a small group of employees and this is impacting their overall outputs. Feel things are spinning out of control. Do not believe we live up to the commitments made - especially around mandate related items. Feel we over promise and under deliver, and the customers are losing faith in us. I used to really enjoy eClinicalWorks, but as of late it has become a difficult place to work.

Advice to Senior Management – Hire people with better management and business experience. Better distribute the workload. Too much becomes a bottleneck with the flat hierarchy.
