“Good Place To Work”
Former Employee – worked at eCommLink
Pros – Excellent pay and exceptional benefits. Wonderful location. Good product in a growing market. Made some incredible friends. Good people to work with.
Cons – Very long product lifecycle which affected time to market. Could have upgraded some key personnel in order to improve lifecycle.
Advice to Senior Management – Overall it was a great experience, could have focused a bit more on upgrading personnel in order to shorten product lifecyle.
