I worked at eGain Communications full-time for less than a year

Pros – Nice people and a beautiful work space

Cons – Terrible sales strategy....they fire good people and retain bad ones....odd.

Advice to Senior Management – Don't fire a group before they have had a chance to shine.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
