I worked at eGlobalTech full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Solid working team and they've moved into nicer headquarters than where they previously were. Ballston is a good location when there are meetings there.

Cons

Management is not upfront with their employees. They make a big deal about having a "bench," but they really don't. Basically, keep one eye on the exit.

    Management lies and plays game. No mature methods or support, or objectivity. Not client centered.

    Go back to and take ethics and customer service courses.

    Friendly place with smiling faces.

    Cons

    Management values growth over employee retention.
    They don't communicate to their team working on various contracts what is going to happen.
    Low annual raises (1%) ...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat your employees as your most valuable commodity, and they will perform an succeed. Communicate all aspects of a project/program they are working on.
