I have been working at eGlobalTech

Pros

The employees are some of the best in the industry. Problem is they don't stay around very long.

Cons

Company sells the vision of having a value based organization with great growth opportunities and an open and honest environment. The problem is it is all fluff. The moment you are honest and ethical you get targeted for dismissal. A micromanagement dictatorship is the reality.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look in the mirror. Be leaders. Look up the definition since you don't know what it means. Quit blaming everyone else.

I have been working at eGlobalTech

    Pros

I work directly with the management team. I love it – I feel constantly motivated. I am listened to when I need something and find that everyone is helpful and fun. We go for happy hours a lot and interact really well. There are those that don’t participate or keep to themselves – I say join the fun!

    Cons

Nay-sayers can sometimes bring the morale down.

I worked at eGlobalTech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    *Relatively bright and intelligent people
*Senior Management and business model of eGT are from top companies i.e. Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, and PriceWaterhouse Coopers

    Cons

*HR Recruiters are very aggressive and are like Car Salesman
*Company is not loyal to employees. It's only as loyal to the employee as the contract that they put you on
*They will put you on a Contract that's in the middle of a bid. If the bid loses you're out of the job even if you've been there for only a couple of months

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1) Becareful who you upset. You never know where that person will end up. The person that use to work for you could end up being the client one day reversing the tables

    2) Do not put employees in bad positions by putting them on contracts that are in the middle of a bid. If the contract ends ensure you have a plan B for them to go on
