Current Employee – been working at eHarmony
Pros – - Surrounded by smart people
- I know others have reviewed the benefits as poor, but they seem good to me
- Friendly leadership
- Frequent all-company events
- The company's mission is personally fulfilling
Cons – - Opportunities for advancement are just okay
- The company has been slow to respond to a changing market and economic challenges
Advice to Senior Management – Give those in positions of accountability (but not the highest levels of decision-making) more freedom to act on their ideas and instincts.
