there is an okay oppurtunity for career growth

Cons

eloyalty is a losing company. They have never made any profits
The cutbacks have been killing employee morale.
They are getting rid of consultants which are the main sources of income for Behavrioral Analytics
There have been no salary raises for the last 2 years and it was a stab in the throat when they put the salary and bonus into stock options. The stock has plummetted from $8 to $2 since the stock offering.
They took away employees 401k contribution which further lowers employee morale.
Lots of high level consultants are bailing from the company which shows weakness in employee faith

Advice to Senior Management

Concentrate on things that are actually making the company.
Lack of any development in the consulting division will cause the demise of this company
