Pros

Compensation, opportunity for client impact & professional experience, great teams on client projects

Cons

Very poor CEO strategic planning. No trust in bonus compensation for high performance. Inside politics.

Advice to Senior Management

Take care of your people first not last. Be fair across the organization. Earn trust. Listen to others.
