eLoyalty – “Wild ride, with some resume enhancing potential

Oct 10, 2008

3.0

eLoyalty Senior Consultant in Austin, TX:   (Past Employee - 2006)

Pros

At eloyalty, you'll get thrown into any number of challenges as they are terrific at over promising to their clients, and you'll be responsible for delivering. This can prove to be a great challenge, and sometimes leads to great disappointments for their customers. You will have the potential to learn a lot of different technologies and their solutions, fast.

Cons

Small firm, always losing money= no potential growth. In the field, you can make plenty of contacts, in the Austin office, it's more about who your friends are. The senior management is horrible, but they keep getting money like crazy, so feel free to buy your mcmansion and your BMW, you will be encouraged to do so.

Advice to Senior Management

resign and give the reigns to someone who knows how to balance a checkbook already!
