Recommends

Pros

- Great people - Autonomy to focus on how to best do your job - Good incentives and reward schemes

Cons

The only downside I can see is that being a small company we struggle to perhaps attract the top 5% of people in the market place. That will change though.

Advice to Management

Add some more processes in place to ensure that each member of staff is developed in line with their specific needs.

I worked at ePeople full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They had ok benefits and work life balance but only if your were a decent performer for that week.

    Cons

i have worked for many companies in my long career. Some great, some not so great. this company by far was the absolute worst. They lied to potential candidates about pay, taught unethical practices especially when you interviewed potential employees, turnover was the worst I have ever see to this day. Commission was never paid. The management and ownership of ePeople lacks ethical business practices in every facet of what they do.

    Advice to Management

Simply treat your employees as such. They are the groundwork for a great company.
