I have been working at eTouch Systems full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Pay consultants salary on time, not picky about timesheet approval etc. Recruiters very responsive and start process soon. If looking for a staffing firm to handle your contract, no complaints at all.

    Cons

No benefits, very minimal interaction post contract. Told they will raise hourly rate immediately but didn't do so

    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at eTouch Systems full-time

    Pros

Has a few good contracts with Google and Nasa

    Cons

    - Upper management becomes deaf to employee requests after a while.
    - Way below market average salary.
    - No career growth
    - HR is extremely slow and you have to constantly nag them to get your stuff done. No timely response.
    - Lots of frustrated employees, resulting in a very negative work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop pretending to be deaf and listen to your employee's needs. If they require a raise, give them, or work with them to figure out where they are falling short and help them improve. Be more involved. Lots of extremely laid back, lazy and ignorant upper management

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
