“Constant change”
Former Employee – worked at eWayDirect
Pros – Small company, good location, long track record in business, solid technology
Cons – Constant direction change with no time to see if the direction works or not, favorites of CEO promoted whether capable or not, no confidence in staff to make decisions
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
