Good place to work

Operations Manager (Current Employee) Dublin, Dublin (Ireland)

Proseircom offers a good work/life balance, friendly working environment and a first class officescape. Despite all the challenges people still have job security and many of my colleagues who have left tell me that the environment is much better than most companies, particularly MNCs. It shoudl be noted that in a company of this size the culture can vary between division.

ConsPay and benefits are behind market leading companies. Opportunities for advancement can be limited.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue with the investment in people and the network.
