      Pros

      - helpful people - open environment: if you are interested into getting involved in something, just ask and you'll be welcome - good balance between private and work life

      Cons

      - lack of direction, currently being addressed (hopefully) - innovation is fostered, not because they don't like it but because development process and processes in general make everything look incredibly complex (and unfortunately it often really is)

      Pros

      Great opportunities, fun colleagues, and competitive pay. I would return to eir in a heartbeat.

      Cons

      Management hasn't managed to turn the company's public image around. It's an uphill battle to get anything done sometimes with all the bureaucracy.
