Pros – They have enough cash now for payday!!! woo hoo... no more half pay
Cons – CEO knows nothing about running a company, leading people or anything clinical at all... The customers don't like him, the sales team plays games to keep him away from their clients so he doesn't embarrass them, he talks about everyone behind there back after he smiles at them person and he's lying to our board about what is going on.
His pale vampire of an HR sidekick is there to help hide the huge turnover and morale that is the lowest in over 10 years here.
Everyone wants out, even the people who make chippie think they are on his side...
Please find me a new Job!!! Even Medidata would be better!!
Advice to Senior Management – Please pack your bags and go get some people who understand and know our business, cause you do not.
